The Tractel Dynasafe™ HF 05/6 Tension Load Limiting Cell with Model B configuration is a high-capacity safety device designed for heavy-duty lifting and tensioning operations. Equipped with a single-trip point micro switch and the HF 85 monitor, this load-limiting cell delivers precise overload protection while providing real-time load monitoring, enabling operators to maintain safe, controlled operation.
With a 16,000 lb (7,257 kg) capacity, the HF 05/6 Model B is ideal for cranes, hoists, winches, and tensioned wire-rope systems in demanding industrial environments. The device installs directly in-line with the load path. This will help by giving operators immediate mechanical trip activation when the preset tension threshold is reached. At the same time, the HF 85 monitor displays the applied load for operator awareness and safe load handling.
