Product Description

The Tractel Dynasafe™ HF 05/4 Tension Load Limiting Cell with Model B configuration is a high-capacity overload protection solution for lifting and tensioning operations. This unit features a single-trip microswitch paired with the HF 85 monitor, providing real-time load display and immediate overload response for maximum safety and operational control.

With a 6,500 lb (2,948 kg) capacity, the HF 05/4 Model B is ideal for medium- to heavy-duty hoists, cranes, winches, and tensioned wire-rope systems. Installed directly in-line with the load path, the micro switch activates when the preset tension limit is reached. At the same time, the HF 85 monitor allows operators to monitor the applied load, ensuring safe operation and preventing equipment overload.

Designed for industrial durability. The HF 05/4 provides repeatable trip-point performance, and easy integration into existing lifting, and tensioning setups. The cells combination of precise load monitoring, and automatic overload protection makes it a versatile and essential safety device for demanding environments.
