Product Description

The Tractel Dynasafe™ HF 05/1 Tension Load Limiting Cell is a compact, reliable overload-protection device that has been designed to help you maintain controlled lifting and tensioning operations. This Model A version features two independent trip points, allowing you to program staged responses—such as a pre-warning at the first threshold and a full stop or alarm at the second. The built-in micro switches make this a fully self-contained safety solution that does not require a separate monitor, simplifying installation and integration.

With a 1,000 lb (454 kg) capacity, the HF 05/1 is ideal for lighter-duty lifting systems, small hoists, winches, tensioned wire rope applications, and equipment that requires precise overload intervention. Installing directly into the load path, it provides real-time overload detection to help prevent unsafe conditions, equipment strain, or unexpected load failures.

Cell has been engineered for consistent performance. The HF 05/1 gives users accurate trip activation even in demanding industrial environments. Its rugged construction, compact footprint, and dual trip-point capability make it a versatile solution for users who need improved safety control without complex equipment.
