All products sold by Atlas Lifting & Rigging are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship from the date of shipment, with a standard limited warranty of 2 years that ALR extends by an additional 1 year (for a total of 3 years) if the product is registered through www.alrlift.com, while accessories carry a limited warranty of one year from the date of receipt; this warranty covers only the initial purchaser from the date of delivery and applies to defects in workmanship or materials subject to stated limitations, but does not cover failures due to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, normal wear-and-tear, improper repair, alterations, or lack of maintenance, and customers needing repair or service should contact ALR Technical Service at 1-833-ALR-LIFT, available 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday.
