Loads ” All in One Vehicle The S1's multifunctional design makes it equally valuable as a personnel carrier, a flatbed goods transporter, and a light tow tractor. It carries up to 500 kg (1,102 lb.) directly on its rear flatbed platform and tows up to 1,500 kg (3,307 lb.) of wheeled loads on flat surfaces ” giving your team the flexibility to combine personnel movement with material handling in a single pass. This combination of capabilities makes the S1 an ideal solution for a wide range of environments: factories and production facilities for maintenance and inspection routes, airport terminals for baggage and catering trolley logistics, warehouses and distribution centers for picking and goods transport, greenhouses and plant nurseries for product and equipment movement, large markets and shopping centers for restocking and staff transport, and public parks and venues for maintenance operations.
Man-on-Board Pressure Sensor for Built-In Safety
The S1's ergonomic seat is fitted with a man-on-board pressure sensor that allows the vehicle to operate only when the driver is correctly and fully seated. The moment the operator leaves the seat, the vehicle stops ” preventing unintended movement and ensuring the highest standard of safety in shared or congested workspaces. Two independent brake systems ” electric lever and mechanical foot pedal ” provide additional stopping assurance at full load.
Narrow Turning Radius for Tight Spaces
Despite its ride-on format, the S1 maintains a compact footprint and narrow turning radius that allows confident navigation through warehouse aisles, factory corridors, elevator bays, and other confined areas where larger vehicles would be impractical or unsafe.

Life ” Zero Maintenance Drive System A single battery charge delivers up to 8 hours of continuous operation, covering a full working shift without interruption. The oil-bath gear system requires virtually zero maintenance, ensuring consistent, long-lasting performance in demanding daily use.
ATEX & IECEx Certified Option for Hazardous Environments
For use in environments with potentially explosive dust or gases, the S1 can be converted and certified to ATEX and IECEx standards (Zones 1/21 and 2/22) by authorized specialist bodies.

Zallys srl warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, as validated by a fiscal document (invoice or delivery note). This warranty is valid worldwide and applies to the original purchaser of the product.
What Is Covered
During the warranty period, Zallys srl will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any part found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service conditions, at no charge to the original purchaser.
What Is Not Covered
- Components subject to wear and tear (e.g. batteries, tyres, brushes, brake pads, and similar consumable parts) are excluded from warranty coverage.
- Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, or repair by anyone other than Zallys-authorized service personnel.
- Damage caused by accidents, improper storage, or use outside the conditions specified in the product manual.
- Products with removed or altered serial number plates.
Obtaining Warranty Service
To request warranty service, contact Zallys srl directly through the service portal at dealer.zallys.com or by emailing sales@zallys.com. You will be required to provide the machine serial number, proof of purchase, and a description of the defect or failure. Zallys srl will respond with the best solution in the shortest time possible.
Spare Parts & Support
Spare parts are always available and can be ordered online through the Zallys dealer platform. Zallys also provides hundreds of video tutorials accessible by serial number to assist with maintenance and servicing. All products are CE certified and Made in Italy in accordance with current European safety regulations.
