The JESPI is purpose-designed to go where forklifts cannot ” through narrow warehouse aisles, along airport terminals and station concourses, across park and garden pathways, through hospital corridors, and even on uneven outdoor terrain and slopes. Its robust steel chassis, pneumatic tires, and four-wheel stability make it equally capable indoors and outdoors, on smooth floors and uneven ground alike. Real-world applications are as varied as the industries it serves: moving Euro pallets loaded with materials in warehouses and distribution centers, transporting luggage and goods in airports and rail stations, carrying heavy cleaning and maintenance equipment in large parks and public venues, moving industrial molds and components along production lines, transporting jerrycans and containers in chemical plants, and serving as an electric chassis base for custom-built equipment configurations.
Ergonomic 5-Speed Control for Any Situation
The JESPI's swivel tiller head is equipped with the Flex-to-Go 5-speed system ” giving operators complete speed selection from slow and precise for tight maneuvers, to faster and efficient for longer straight-line transport. Each click increases speed by 20% of maximum, and the LED dashboard displays remaining battery level and selected speed at all times. The ergonomic tiller design keeps all controls within easy reach, reducing fatigue across long shifts. Integrated Safety ” Including Slope Performance Safety is built into every operating condition of the JESPI. A presence sensor ensures the machine only operates when the operator is actively in control, while the electromagnetic brake activates automatically whenever the tiller is released ” keeping the cart and its load securely stationary even on ramps and inclines. This makes the JESPI one of the few compact electric platform carts genuinely rated for safe slope use.
Near Zero-Maintenance Drive System
The JESPI's oil-bath gear system requires virtually no maintenance while delivering consistent, long-lasting drive performance shift after shift. Dual AGM sealed batteries provide up to 8 hours of continuous operation ” enough to cover a full working shift without interruption.

Zallys srl warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, as validated by a fiscal document (invoice or delivery note). This warranty is valid worldwide and applies to the original purchaser of the product.
What Is Covered
During the warranty period, Zallys srl will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any part found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service conditions, at no charge to the original purchaser.
What Is Not Covered
- Components subject to wear and tear (e.g. batteries, tyres, brushes, brake pads, and similar consumable parts) are excluded from warranty coverage.
- Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, or repair by anyone other than Zallys-authorized service personnel.
- Damage caused by accidents, improper storage, or use outside the conditions specified in the product manual.
- Products with removed or altered serial number plates.
Obtaining Warranty Service
To request warranty service, contact Zallys srl directly through the service portal at dealer.zallys.com or by emailing sales@zallys.com. You will be required to provide the machine serial number, proof of purchase, and a description of the defect or failure. Zallys srl will respond with the best solution in the shortest time possible.
Spare Parts & Support
Spare parts are always available and can be ordered online through the Zallys dealer platform. Zallys also provides hundreds of video tutorials accessible by serial number to assist with maintenance and servicing. All products are CE certified and Made in Italy in accordance with current European safety regulations.
