Purpose-Built for Heavy and Bulky Loads
The M6.5 was engineered from the ground up to give operators complete command over loads that are too heavy, too wide, or too awkward for conventional tugs. Its lowered chassis structure provides a stable, balanced platform, while the swivel steering rudder allows precise directional control even when managing a fully loaded, high-inertia trailer or industrial trolley train. Maneuver in tight spaces, around machinery, or through loading bays with confidence ” the M6.5 responds directly and predictably at every step.
Optional Electric Lifting
System ” The Feature That Sets the M6.5 Apart What makes the M6.5 truly unique is its optional adjustable-height electric lifting system. Operated directly from the tiller head controls, this system allows the operator to couple to and lift two-wheeled trailers effortlessly ” without bending, straining, or requiring assistance. It transforms the M6.5 into the ideal solution for moving boats, caravans, helicopter ground support equipment, horse trailers, and any load with a towball or two-wheel coupling. Simply position, activate, lift, and go. Deadman Safety and Always-Active Electric Brake Safety is built into the core operating system of the M6.5. The steering tiller is equipped with a deadman presence sensor ” the machine only moves when an operator is actively in control. When released, the integrated electromagnetic brake activates instantly and remains engaged whenever voltage is absent, keeping the machine and its load securely stationary on slopes and flat surfaces alike. 5-Speed Control and Modular Ballast System Five adjustable speed settings give operators precise speed selection for any situation ” slow and careful in congested areas, faster and efficient on open floor runs. Modular ballast units of 10 kg each can be added or removed by a single operator without tools or lifting aids, providing flexible traction adjustment for different loads and surface conditions.
ATEX & IECEx Certified Option Available
For operations in environments with potentially explosive gases or dust, the M6.5 can be converted and certified to ATEX and IECEx standards (Zones 1/21 and 2/22) by authorized specialist bodies ” extending its reach into chemical, petroleum, and pharmaceutical facilities.

Zallys srl warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, as validated by a fiscal document (invoice or delivery note). This warranty is valid worldwide and applies to the original purchaser of the product.
What Is Covered
During the warranty period, Zallys srl will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any part found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service conditions, at no charge to the original purchaser.
What Is Not Covered
- Components subject to wear and tear (e.g. batteries, tyres, brushes, brake pads, and similar consumable parts) are excluded from warranty coverage.
- Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, or repair by anyone other than Zallys-authorized service personnel.
- Damage caused by accidents, improper storage, or use outside the conditions specified in the product manual.
- Products with removed or altered serial number plates.
Obtaining Warranty Service
To request warranty service, contact Zallys srl directly through the service portal at dealer.zallys.com or by emailing sales@zallys.com. You will be required to provide the machine serial number, proof of purchase, and a description of the defect or failure. Zallys srl will respond with the best solution in the shortest time possible.
Spare Parts & Support
Spare parts are always available and can be ordered online through the Zallys dealer platform. Zallys also provides hundreds of video tutorials accessible by serial number to assist with maintenance and servicing. All products are CE certified and Made in Italy in accordance with current European safety regulations.
