As the most powerful pedestrian-operated tug in the Zallys lineup, the M10 delivers an exceptional towing capacity of up to 15,000 kg (33,069 lb.) on flat ground ” all controlled effortlessly by a single walk-behind operator.
Tiller-Guided Precision for the Heaviest Loads
What sets the M10 apart from comparable heavy-duty tugs is its steering tiller system, which gives the operator remarkable precision and directional control even when managing extremely heavy or oversized loads. The swivel tiller steers up to 80 and is equipped with a built-in safety sensor ” ensuring the machine only operates when the operator is actively engaged. This combination of raw towing power and responsive steering makes the M10 ideal for confined production environments, loading docks, rail maintenance depots, automotive assembly floors, and any setting where accuracy matters as much as capacity.
Standard Side Travel Buttons for Safe Coupling
The M10 comes standard with side travel buttons that allow the operator to inch the machine slowly and precisely when connecting to a load. This makes coupling to heavy trolleys, carts, and trailers safer and faster ” eliminating the guesswork and physical risk of manually positioning the tug against extreme loads.
Always-Active Electric Brake for Maximum Safety
Safety doesn't stop when the operator steps away. The M10's electromagnetic brake activates automatically and remains fully engaged whenever voltage is absent ” on slopes, during breaks, or when the machine is parked ” preventing any unintended movement and keeping both the load and the surrounding environment secure at all times.
Versatile Ballast and Hook System
The M10's modular ballast system allows a single operator to add or remove individual 22 kg side ballast units or 17 kg back ballast units without external lifting equipment, fine-tuning traction precisely for each application. Combined with a wide selection of standard and custom towing hitches ” including hydraulic lift options ” the M10 adapts to virtually any heavy-load towing scenario across industries.
ATEX & IECEx Certified Option for Hazardous Environments
For operations in environments with explosive gas or dust risks, the M10 can be converted and certified to ATEX and IECEx standards (Zones 1/21 and 2/22) by authorized specialist bodies ” making it one of the most capable certified tugs available for high-risk industrial zones.
On Rails Too
In railway and depot applications, the M10 can move loads of up to 60,000 kg on rails ” extending its reach far beyond wheeled logistics into heavy rail maintenance and production workflows.

Zallys srl warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, as validated by a fiscal document (invoice or delivery note). This warranty is valid worldwide and applies to the original purchaser of the product.
What Is Covered
During the warranty period, Zallys srl will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any part found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service conditions, at no charge to the original purchaser.
What Is Not Covered
- Components subject to wear and tear (e.g. batteries, tyres, brushes, brake pads, and similar consumable parts) are excluded from warranty coverage.
- Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, or repair by anyone other than Zallys-authorized service personnel.
- Damage caused by accidents, improper storage, or use outside the conditions specified in the product manual.
- Products with removed or altered serial number plates.
Obtaining Warranty Service
To request warranty service, contact Zallys srl directly through the service portal at dealer.zallys.com or by emailing sales@zallys.com. You will be required to provide the machine serial number, proof of purchase, and a description of the defect or failure. Zallys srl will respond with the best solution in the shortest time possible.
Spare Parts & Support
Spare parts are always available and can be ordered online through the Zallys dealer platform. Zallys also provides hundreds of video tutorials accessible by serial number to assist with maintenance and servicing. All products are CE certified and Made in Italy in accordance with current European safety regulations.
