Handle-It® Shallow Profile Post Protector“ SKU: P18-SP

Protect warehouse racking systems and critical facility structures with the Handle-It® P18-SP Shallow Profile Post Protector. Designed for industrial environments with non-standard rack baseplates, this economical yet durable steel protector helps prevent costly impact damage caused by forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other moving material handling equipment.

In busy warehouse and manufacturing operations, rack uprights and shelving posts are constantly exposed to accidental collisions that can compromise structural integrity, create safety hazards, and lead to expensive repairs. The Handle-It® P18-SP is engineered to help absorb and deflect impact force before damage reaches the protected upright, helping maintain safer and more efficient storage operations.

Its shallow-profile design fits closely around the protected 3-inch vertical upright while minimizing aisle obstruction and preserving valuable floor space. This makes the P18-SP an excellent solution for warehouses and storage facilities where maximizing aisle clearance and forklift maneuverability are essential.

Constructed from rugged 5mm thick steel, the P18-SP is built to withstand demanding industrial conditions and repeated impact exposure. The simple and effective 2-anchor mounting system allows for quick installation directly into concrete flooring using two 1/2-inch wedge anchors (sold separately). This streamlined mounting design provides dependable protection while reducing installation time and maintenance requirements.

Finished in Handle-It"s highly visible yellow powder coat, the protector increases awareness for forklift operators and helps improve overall warehouse safety. The standard 18-inch height offers expanded lower-level protection for rack uprights, shelving posts, partitions, and other vulnerable warehouse structures commonly exposed to equipment traffic.

Ideal for warehouses, fulfillment centers, manufacturing plants, and distribution operations, the Handle-It® P18-SP delivers reliable industrial-grade rack protection while helping businesses reduce operational damage and extend the life of their storage infrastructure.
