Handle-It Pallet Rack Post Protector“ SKU: P18-8
Protect your warehouse storage system from costly impact damage with the Handle-It P18-8 Pallet Rack Post Protector. Built for demanding industrial environments, this heavy-duty rack protector helps shield pallet rack uprights from accidental collisions caused by forklifts, pallet jacks, and pallet movement within rack bays. Designed to improve warehouse safety and extend the lifespan of pallet racking systems, the P18-8 provides dependable protection in high-traffic material handling areas.
Warehouse rack uprights are constantly exposed to impact risks during loading, unloading, and inventory movement. Even minor contact from forklifts or pallets can compromise rack stability, create safety hazards, and result in expensive repairs or operational downtime. The Handle-It P18-8 helps absorb and redirect impact force before damage reaches critical rack structures, helping maintain safer and more efficient warehouse operations.
Constructed from rugged industrial-grade steel, the P18-8 is engineered for long-term durability in warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and logistics operations. Its reinforced V-face design helps deflect impacts away from vulnerable rack columns while maintaining excellent structural strength under repeated use. The highly visible Handle-It yellow powder coat finish improves awareness for forklift operators and enhances overall workplace safety throughout storage aisles and loading areas.
The effective 4-anchor mounting system provides secure floor attachment and dependable stability during daily warehouse activity. Designed to fit most rack upright widths and baseplate configurations, the P18-8 integrates easily into existing pallet rack systems or new warehouse installations.
Ideal for facilities focused on warehouse safety, equipment protection, and operational efficiency, this pallet rack protector helps reduce maintenance costs while protecting valuable inventory and storage infrastructure. Its compact footprint allows maximum rack accessibility without sacrificing impact resistance or durability.
Whether you are reinforcing high-risk storage areas or upgrading facility-wide safety measures, the Handle-It P18-8 Pallet Rack Post Protector delivers reliable industrial-grade rack protection for busy material handling operations.
