Build-A-Rail Guard Rails LEG EXTENSION
Handle-It® Build-A-Rail Guard Rail Leg“ SKU: BR-LEG
The Handle-It® Build-A-Rail Guard Rail Leg is a heavy-duty structural support component designed to provide strength, stability, and reliable performance for modular Build-A-Rail safety barrier systems. Built for warehouses, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and industrial facilities, the BR-LEG helps create durable guard rail configurations that protect equipment, pallet racking, work areas, and personnel from forklift and material handling equipment impacts.
As an essential component within the customizable Build-A-Rail system, the BR-LEG serves as the vertical support structure for one-, two-, or three-rail-high safety barrier assemblies. Its modular design allows facilities to build scalable impact protection systems tailored to specific operational layouts and safety requirements. Whether protecting machinery, loading docks, traffic lanes, storage areas, or pedestrian walkways, the BR-LEG helps maintain strong and dependable guard rail installations in demanding industrial environments.
Constructed from rugged industrial-grade steel, the BR-LEG is engineered to withstand repeated impacts and daily warehouse wear while maintaining structural integrity. Its heavy-duty design helps absorb force from forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment, reducing damage to valuable facility assets and improving workplace safety.
The Build-A-Rail system is designed for flexibility and easy customization. Compatible with 4-foot, 6-foot, 8-foot, and 10-foot rail sections, the BR-LEG supports continuous rail runs and complex barrier layouts throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. Combined with compatible corner connectors and rail components, it allows businesses to create complete safety systems that adapt to changing facility needs.
The modular bolt-together assembly design simplifies installation, expansion, and maintenance without the need for permanent welded barriers. This allows facilities to quickly modify safety layouts as operations evolve, helping maximize both efficiency and protection.
Finished with a high-visibility industrial safety coating, the BR-LEG improves awareness for forklift operators and warehouse personnel while offering long-term resistance to corrosion, scratches, and industrial wear in both indoor and outdoor environments.
