Handle-It® Build-A-Rail Guard Rail System“ SKU: BR-4

Protect your facility, equipment, and personnel with the durable and modular Handle-It® Build-A-Rail Guard Rail System. Designed for warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and industrial environments, the BR-4 provides heavy-duty impact protection against forklift traffic and other material handling equipment while offering unmatched flexibility for custom safety barrier layouts.

Built for demanding industrial applications, the Build-A-Rail system helps safeguard pallet racks, machinery, workstations, pedestrian walkways, loading areas, and building structures from accidental collisions and costly damage. Its modular design allows users to create customized rail configurations tailored to virtually any workspace or protection requirement.

The BR-4 rail system is engineered for easy assembly and expansion. Facilities can build protection barriers one, two, or three rails high simply by stacking rail units vertically for increased impact resistance and coverage. This adaptable system grows with your operational needs, making it an ideal long-term warehouse safety solution.

Available in multiple rail lengths including 4-foot, 6-foot, 8-foot, and 10-foot sections, the system can be coupled together to create continuous protection runs of nearly any length. For corners and directional changes, optional connectors allow users to form secure 90-degree corner configurations, helping protect equipment and structures throughout complex warehouse layouts.

Manufactured from heavy-duty steel and finished with a highly visible industrial safety coating, the Build-A-Rail Guard Rail System is designed to withstand repeated impacts in high-traffic areas. Its bright safety color improves visibility for forklift operators and warehouse personnel, helping reduce accidents and improve workplace awareness.

The modular construction also simplifies installation, maintenance, and future expansion compared to permanently welded safety barriers. Whether protecting inventory, separating pedestrian areas, or reinforcing warehouse traffic lanes, the Handle-It® BR-4 offers a dependable and scalable impact protection solution for industrial facilities focused on safety and operational efficiency.
