Handle-It® Build-A-Rail Corner Connector“ SKU: BR-CC

The Handle-It® Build-A-Rail Corner Connector is a heavy-duty modular component designed to create secure 90-degree turns within Build-A-Rail guard rail systems. Engineered for warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and other industrial environments, the BR-CC allows businesses to build flexible, continuous safety barriers that help protect equipment, facility infrastructure, and personnel from forklift and material handling equipment impacts.

As part of the versatile Handle-It® Build-A-Rail system, the BR-CC makes it easy to configure customized guard rail layouts around corners, intersections, machinery, pallet racking, loading docks, and pedestrian walkways. This corner connector is essential for facilities that require adaptable safety barriers capable of following complex floor plans and changing operational layouts.

Designed for seamless integration with one-, two-, or three-rail Build-A-Rail configurations, the BR-CC allows users to connect compatible rail sections at precise 90-degree angles while maintaining the structural strength and durability of the entire guard rail system. Whether creating perimeter barriers, machine protection zones, or warehouse traffic control systems, the BR-CC provides a dependable and professional solution for directional barrier transitions.

Constructed from heavy-duty industrial steel, the corner connector is built to withstand demanding warehouse environments and repeated impacts from forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Its rugged construction helps maintain barrier integrity while minimizing damage to expensive equipment and facility structures.

The BR-CC is compatible with multiple rail lengths, including 4-foot, 6-foot, 8-foot, and 10-foot Build-A-Rail sections, making it easy to design scalable protection systems tailored to your facility"s exact needs. Its modular design also simplifies installation, expansion, and future reconfiguration compared to permanently welded barriers.

Finished in a high-visibility industrial safety coating, the connector improves awareness for forklift operators and warehouse personnel while providing long-lasting resistance to corrosion, scratches, and wear in industrial applications.
