The OZSR030-15CH Spark Resistant Chain Hoist is a heavy-duty, explosion-proof lifting solution engineered for maximum safety and reliability in hazardous work environments. With a 3-ton (6,000 lbs) lifting capacity and a 15-foot lift height, this manual chain hoist is purpose-built for industries that demand safe operation in explosive gas or dust atmospheres.

Complying with EU standards ATEX94/9/EC and the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, the OZSR030-15CH meets an explosion-proof classification of EX II2 GD c IIIC T135°C. This ensures that it can be safely used in Zone 1 & 2 (gas) and Zone 21 & 22 (dust) environments — making it ideal for oil refineries, chemical plants, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and grain processing facilities where explosive materials may be present.

Every component of this hoist is designed with spark-resistant materials, such as bronze, brass, and stainless steel, to prevent frictional or impact sparks that could trigger ignition. The stainless steel Grade 80 load chain provides exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and long service life under continuous heavy use. Warranty Information  
OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R) guarantees its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the length of the warranty period listed in the product's operator's manual, though this warranty does not apply to products showing signs of misuse, overloading, alteration, improper maintenance, or negligence, and excludes normal wear and tear of moving parts - defined as brake discs, wire rope, and other wear components subject to use conditions - as well as any costs related to product removal, lost time, or other incidental or consequential damages arising from a claimed defect. If a product fails during the warranty period due to defective materials or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced at OZ Lifting Products' discretion, provided the product is returned prepaid, along with proof of purchase, to an authorized warranty depot; repaired products are returned to the customer free of charge, but if no defect is found, the customer bears the return shipping cost, and the product's warranty coverage continues only for the remainder of the original warranty period. It is the operator's responsibility to ensure the product is used in accordance with all applicable local codes, regulations, and safety standards, and OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R) assumes no liability for damages or injuries resulting from improper use, nor will it be held liable for injuries to persons or property, death, or incidental, consequential, or contingent damages - whether arising from negligent or deliberate use - as it remains the owner's sole responsibility to install and operate the products properly and safely. This warranty is OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R)'s only written warranty, issued in lieu of all other warranties implied by law, including merchantability and fitness, and no other express or implied warranty or guarantee is authorized for products sold by the company. Additionally, OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R) reserves the right to alter the design of or discontinue production of any product without prior notice.
