Slewing Ring Steering for Effortless Precision at Any Load
At the core of the M20's maneuverability is its tiller steering system equipped with a precision slewing ring bearing. This engineering choice dramatically reduces the steering effort required, allowing the operator to direct and position loads of extraordinary size and mass ” large metal fabrications, special production trolleys, heavy industrial equipment, and more ” with the same ease and accuracy as much lighter loads. Whether navigating a tight production corridor or executing precise positioning at a workstation, the M20 responds with confidence.
Standard Solid Ballast System for Maximum Traction
The M20 comes standard with a solid ballast system that guarantees maximum traction capacity on any type of flooring ” concrete, asphalt, smooth tiles, or uneven industrial surfaces ” while maintaining perfect machine balance at all times. This ensures consistent, reliable performance regardless of load weight or floor conditions, shift after shift.
Always-Active Electromagnetic Brake for Total Safety
When power is off, the M20's electromagnetic brake engages automatically and stays locked ” preventing any unintended movement of the machine or its load. This critical safety feature means the M20 holds its position securely on flat ground and inclines whenever the operator is not actively driving, eliminating risk during coupling, positioning, or breaks.
Full-Shift Battery Endurance with PFC Smart Charging
The M20 is equipped as standard with four 450Ah AGM sealed maintenance-free batteries, delivering a full 8 hours of continuous operation on a single charge. Recharging is managed by a Zallys PFC (Power Factor Correction) smart charger ” a multi-voltage unit (110V/220V) that prevents harmful current peaks, extends battery life, and includes buffer technology to maintain battery performance during long periods of non-use.
Interchangeable Hooks for Versatile Applications
A wide range of interchangeable towing hooks and hitches ” including an optional hydraulic lifting arm for two-wheeled trailer applications ” allows the M20 to be configured for virtually any extreme-load towing task across industries including metallurgy, automotive, railway, paper converting, carpentry, and heavy manufacturing.

Zallys srl warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, as validated by a fiscal document (invoice or delivery note). This warranty is valid worldwide and applies to the original purchaser of the product.
What Is Covered
During the warranty period, Zallys srl will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any part found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service conditions, at no charge to the original purchaser.
What Is Not Covered
- Components subject to wear and tear (e.g. batteries, tyres, brushes, brake pads, and similar consumable parts) are excluded from warranty coverage.
- Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, or repair by anyone other than Zallys-authorized service personnel.
- Damage caused by accidents, improper storage, or use outside the conditions specified in the product manual.
- Products with removed or altered serial number plates.
Obtaining Warranty Service
To request warranty service, contact Zallys srl directly through the service portal at dealer.zallys.com or by emailing sales@zallys.com. You will be required to provide the machine serial number, proof of purchase, and a description of the defect or failure. Zallys srl will respond with the best solution in the shortest time possible.
Spare Parts & Support
Spare parts are always available and can be ordered online through the Zallys dealer platform. Zallys also provides hundreds of video tutorials accessible by serial number to assist with maintenance and servicing. All products are CE certified and Made in Italy in accordance with current European safety regulations.
