617 - Web End Yoke
Web End Yoke “ SKU: 617 The Critical Lower-End Connector That Links Your Web Strap to the Load Hook In a Lug-All web strap hoist, every component in the load path must be in perfect working condition ” and the web end yoke is one of the most mechanically critical links in that chain. The Web End Yoke (SKU: 617) is the genuine OEM replacement yoke that forms the structural connection between the free end of your web strap and the lower hook assembly. This web end yoke is compatible with Lug-All hoist models 25-A, 25-B, 25-i, 2-A, 2-B, 35-A, 500-A-FH, 1000-A, and 1500-A ” spanning the full small frame and Lightweight web strap hoist lineup from ¼-ton through 1½-ton capacity across standard, hot stick, eye bolt, and fiberglass handle configurations. Lug-All The web end yoke houses the free (lower) end of the web strap within the web end assembly. During web strap replacement, the free end of the web strap is placed into the web end assembly, the web end assembly shaft is inserted through the web strap loop, and the shaft is then locked in place with a new roll pin ” which should sit flush with the surface of the web end assembly. The yoke is the cast structural body of that assembly: it receives and retains the strap loop, aligns the web end shaft, and transfers the full rated load of the hoist directly to the lower hook and rigging point below. Lug-All This is a load-bearing connection. Under a 1,000-lb single-line load ” or up to 3,000 lbs in double-line configuration ” every ounce of that force passes directly through the web end yoke. A cracked, bent, or deformed yoke that cannot properly seat the web end shaft puts the entire rigging system at risk. The hoist must not be returned to service until the yoke is replaced with the correct OEM component. Using authentic Lug-All replacement parts means sustaining the original design integrity of your unit ” the cast-aluminum structure, robust pawl assemblies, and reliable hardware that make Lug-All hoists a trusted choice in demanding industrial, construction, and utility settings. Having a thorough selection of parts easily filtered by hoist model simplifies maintenance and minimizes downtime. Lug-All
