The Safety Rail Co. Mobile Base Plate, Galvanized is the weighted foundation of the SRC360 Mobile Rail system. The 104 lb cast iron base creates a ballasted support stand that receives SRC360 steel guardrail sections, so the system installs without tools, welding, drilling, or roof membrane penetration. EPDM base pads come pre-installed, and the base allows a full 360-degree rotation to work around obstructions without permanent field modifications or custom fabrication. Bases can be repositioned or moved as layouts change. The base measures 22 x 22 x 6 in and has a galvanized finish. The SRC360 system is designed for flat and low-sloped EPDM, TPO, or bitumen roofs up to a 1:12 pitch and is not intended for steel or concrete roofs.
