The K202-SYS Wireless Control System is a dependable and rugged 1-motion, 2-step radio remote control solution engineered for single-function hoists, monorail systems, and material handling applications. Designed for industrial environments where precision, reliability, and operator safety are critical, the K202-SYS provides smooth two-speed control for improved load handling and operational efficiency.

Operating on advanced 433MHz multi-frequency technology with automatic frequency selection, the K202-SYS helps minimize signal interference while maintaining stable wireless communication in busy industrial facilities. The integrated bi-directional communication system continuously exchanges information between the transmitter and receiver, allowing operators to maintain better awareness of system status and performance.

Built for demanding applications, the K202-SYS features a highly durable PA6 glass-filled housing with protective shock bumpers to withstand tough working conditions commonly found in manufacturing plants, warehouses, fabrication shops, and overhead crane operations. The system’s IP65-rated enclosure protects internal components from dust, moisture, and harsh environments, making it ideal for indoor and outdoor industrial use.

The receiver is equipped with auto-sensing power capability from 24–240 VAC and 24–160 VDC, simplifying installation across a wide range of hoists and lifting equipment without requiring additional configuration. Enhanced safety features include double safety stop MLC relays and bright interactive system status LEDs that provide quick visual feedback for operators and maintenance personnel.

With a typical operating range of up to 300 feet (100 meters), the K202-SYS allows operators greater flexibility and improved visibility during lifting operations. Each complete system includes one receiver, two transmitters, legend sets, batteries, mounting hardware, and installation instructions for fast setup and dependable operation.
