DGA Warehouse Guard Rail System

The DGA Warehouse Guard Rail System delivers heavy-duty industrial protection for warehouses, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and commercial facilities where safety and traffic control are critical. Designed to create a strong physical and visual barrier between pedestrians and powered industrial vehicles, the DGA system helps reduce workplace accidents, prevent costly equipment damage, and improve operational efficiency in high-traffic environments.

Constructed from premium structural steel, the DGA guard rail system is engineered for long-lasting durability and superior impact resistance. Rated to withstand impacts of up to 10,000 lbs at 4 mph, this industrial safety barrier is built to protect employees, machinery, storage racks, and building infrastructure from collisions involving forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment. Its high-visibility design also helps improve traffic flow and reinforces safer movement throughout your facility.

The DGA system is stocked in multiple rail lengths ranging from 2 feet to 10 feet, making it easy to configure protection for virtually any industrial layout. Customers can choose between single-high 18-inch columns or double-high 43-inch columns depending on the level of protection required. Flexible installation configurations€”including center-mounted, offset-mounted, and corner-mounted options€”allow the system to integrate seamlessly into existing warehouse and facility designs.

Designed with flexibility and convenience in mind, the DGA features a universal 4-way mounting system that simplifies installation and future expansion. Rails are available in both standard bolted configurations for permanent safety barriers and lift-out rail options that allow quick access for maintenance areas, equipment servicing, or changing workflows. Every system includes all necessary installation hardware, including anchors, connecting bolts, and protective caps, helping reduce setup time and ensure a secure installation.

The DGA Warehouse Guard Rail System is ideal for protecting pedestrian walkways, shipping and receiving areas, in-plant offices, sensitive machinery, and warehouse storage systems. Whether you are improving OSHA-focused safety standards or protecting valuable facility assets, the DGA provides reliable industrial-grade performance built for demanding applications.
