48High Left Track Guard
Handle-It Overhead Door Track Guard“ SKU: TG-48LH
Protect vulnerable warehouse door tracks from costly impact damage with the Handle-It TG-48LH Overhead Door Track Guard. Engineered for high-traffic industrial environments, this heavy-duty steel guard is specifically designed to help shield overhead door tracks and loading dock door systems from collisions caused by forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment.
Overhead door tracks are among the most frequently damaged components in warehouse and dock operations. Even minor impacts can lead to expensive repairs, operational downtime, and unsafe working conditions. The Handle-It TG-48LH provides a durable protective barrier that helps prevent accidental contact with sensitive door track systems while improving overall facility safety.
Constructed from rugged 1/4-inch thick steel, this overhead door track protector is built to withstand demanding warehouse conditions and repeated impacts. Its dual wall and floor mounting surfaces provide enhanced structural stability and superior impact resistance compared to standard single-mount guards. The included three-floor-anchor mounting system allows for secure installation directly into concrete surfaces for dependable long-term protection.
The TG-48LH features a beveled tapered top edge that helps eliminate pinch points and reduce sharp exposed edges for improved workplace safety. Its design is compatible with most overhead door track configurations, making it an ideal solution for warehouses, loading docks, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities.
Finished in a highly visible yellow powder coat, the track guard improves awareness for forklift operators and warehouse personnel while helping facilities maintain OSHA-conscious safety standards. Custom heights, material thicknesses, and color options are also available for specialized applications and facility requirements.
Whether protecting loading dock entrances, warehouse doorways, or high-traffic industrial access points, the Handle-It TG-48LH Overhead Door Track Guard delivers dependable impact protection for critical overhead door infrastructure.
