Handle-It® Floor Mounted Barrier Outside Connector“ SKU: CG-OC

The Handle-It® Floor Mounted Barrier Outside Connector is a heavy-duty industrial safety component designed to create secure outside corner transitions within modular floor-mounted barrier systems. Engineered for warehouses, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and other high-traffic industrial environments, the CG-OC helps facilities build continuous protective barriers that safeguard personnel, equipment, conveyors, and infrastructure from forklift and material handling equipment impacts.

As part of the Handle-It® Floor Mounted Barrier system, the CG-OC allows users to create durable outside corner configurations while maintaining the strength, alignment, and effectiveness of the overall barrier layout. This connector is ideal for protecting machinery, conveyor systems, pallet staging areas, workstations, and pedestrian pathways that require directional barrier changes around corners or perimeter areas.

The Handle-It® barrier system features a rugged flush-to-floor mounted design that helps stop pallets, forklift forks, and loose materials from crossing into protected zones. The low-profile 12-inch-tall barrier structure provides reinforced protection without obstructing visibility or interfering with warehouse traffic flow. The CG-OC connector ensures smooth and secure barrier transitions while supporting customized safety layouts throughout the facility.

Constructed from heavy-duty industrial steel, the CG-OC is built to withstand demanding warehouse conditions and repeated impacts from forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment. Its durable design helps maintain barrier continuity and reinforces the integrity of floor-mounted protection systems in high-use industrial applications.

The modular barrier system allows facilities to easily expand or reconfigure protective layouts as operational requirements evolve. Combined with straight barrier sections and additional connector components, the CG-OC helps create scalable industrial safety systems that improve workplace organization and reduce costly equipment damage.

Finished with a durable industrial safety coating, the connector offers enhanced visibility while resisting corrosion, scratches, and wear from daily industrial use. Its streamlined profile helps maximize usable floor space while maintaining effective impact protection in busy warehouse environments.
