8" Floor-Mounted Barriers
Handle-It® Floor Mounted Barrier Guard“ SKU: CG-8
The Handle-It® Floor Mounted Barrier Guard is a durable industrial safety barrier engineered to provide reinforced protection for warehouse equipment, pedestrian walkways, conveyors, machinery, and structural walls. Designed for demanding warehouse and manufacturing environments, the CG-8 helps reduce damage caused by forklifts, pallet jacks, and shifting pallet loads while supporting safer and more efficient workplace operations.
Built with a rugged flush-to-floor mounting design, the CG-8 creates a strong protective barrier that prevents pallets, forklift forks, and loose products from crossing into restricted or protected areas. Its low-profile 12-inch-tall construction delivers dependable impact resistance without obstructing visibility or disrupting workflow, making it ideal for high-traffic industrial facilities where both safety and space efficiency are essential.
Unlike bulky safety barriers that can interfere with material handling operations, the Handle-It® Floor Mounted Barrier Guard is engineered to maximize usable floor space while maintaining excellent protection. The flush-mounted configuration allows it to function effectively as a wall guard, pallet stop, conveyor barrier, or machine protection system in a wide range of industrial applications.
Constructed from heavy-duty industrial steel, the CG-8 is built to withstand repeated impacts and harsh operating conditions common in warehouses, manufacturing plants, loading docks, and distribution centers. The reinforced design helps minimize costly equipment damage, protect critical infrastructure, and reduce maintenance expenses associated with accidental forklift collisions.
Its versatile design makes it ideal for separating forklift traffic from pedestrian pathways, protecting automated equipment, controlling pallet positioning, and reinforcing vulnerable work areas. The durable industrial safety finish improves visibility for operators and warehouse personnel while resisting corrosion, scratches, and wear from everyday industrial use.
Whether used to safeguard conveyors, protect machinery, or create organized traffic lanes, the Handle-It® CG-8 Floor Mounted Barrier Guard delivers long-lasting performance and reliable industrial-grade protection for facilities focused on safety, organization, and operational efficiency.
