Handle-It® Corner Column Protector“ SKU: CCP42

The Handle-It® Corner Column Protector is a heavy-duty impact protection solution designed to help safeguard warehouse infrastructure, pallet rack systems, doorways, and wall corners from damage caused by forklifts and material handling equipment. Built for demanding industrial environments, the CCP42 provides reliable protection in high-traffic areas while helping facilities improve workplace safety and reduce costly repair expenses.

Warehouses, manufacturing plants, loading docks, and distribution centers are constantly exposed to accidental impacts from forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts. The Handle-It® CCP42 helps prevent structural damage by creating a durable protective barrier around vulnerable corners and rack uprights. Its flexible and compact design allows it to fit easily into tight workspaces without interfering with daily operations or traffic flow.

Constructed from heavy-duty steel, the CCP42 is engineered to absorb impacts and reinforce critical warehouse structures. By protecting pallet rack uprights, wall edges, and door openings, the unit helps reduce maintenance costs, minimize operational downtime, and extend the lifespan of valuable facility assets. This economical impact protection solution is ideal for businesses focused on maintaining safe and efficient warehouse operations.

Finished in the signature Handle-It® yellow powder coating, the CCP42 offers excellent visibility in busy industrial environments. The bright safety finish helps forklift operators and warehouse personnel quickly identify protected areas, improving awareness and helping reduce accidental collisions. The durable powder-coated surface also resists corrosion, scratches, and wear, ensuring long-lasting performance in both indoor and outdoor applications.

The protector mounts securely to concrete floors using three 1/2-inch wedge anchors, providing stable and dependable installation. Its straightforward mounting system allows for quick setup while maintaining the strength required for industrial impact protection applications.

Whether protecting warehouse rack frames, reinforcing building corners, or guarding loading dock doorways, the Handle-It® CCP42 Corner Column Protector delivers dependable, highly visible protection for demanding industrial facilities.
