Featuring a wall bracket with a tie-rod supported boom, this design incorporates a standard I-beam and a single tie rod to eliminate any off-center loading concerns. The top and bottom wall brackets utilize a robust formed steel channel, complete with two bronze bushings, bronze thrust washers, and meticulously crafted tie-rod clevises. All bolted connections are placed in double shear, ensuring enhanced stability.
Swivel connections, equipped with bronze bushings and grease fittings, facilitate smooth rotation, promoting prolonged operational life and minimizing maintenance requirements. The crane's specifications include a capacity of 4000 lbs, a 12-foot span, a clear span of 10 feet 8 inches, and support bracket centers at 3 feet 9 inches. With a formidable thrust/pull capacity of 16780 lbs, this crane utilizes a 3-foot 9-inch beam, positioned beam bracket center at 1 foot 9 inches, a tie rod length of 9 feet 6 inches, and a 4.00-inch flange width.
