The OZDH600-20LH Dyno-Hoist® is built for heavy-duty lifting where longer reach, controlled load handling, and operator confidence are priorities. With a 6 Ton (12,000 lb) capacity and a 20 ft lift height, this model delivers extended vertical range — ideal for rigging in fabrication shops, equipment installation, mill and plant environments, industrial steel assembly, utility field applications, machinery placement, trailer loading, and general material handling where precision matters.

Unlike standard lever chain hoists, the Dyno-Hoist® includes an integrated load dynamometer that displays load weight in kg or lb. This provides instant feedback to operators, removes uncertainty, and assists in preventing overload situations. If a lift exceeds 126% of capacity, the unit alerts the operator, reinforcing safer and more informed lifting decisions before load damage or equipment strain occurs.

The OZDH600-20LH is engineered to perform under rugged conditions. Its all-steel construction delivers long-term structural durability, while the steel handle with rubber grip improves leverage and reduces effort required during hand operation. The zinc-plated load chain adds corrosion protection, extending service life in outdoor or industrial environments. The fully enclosed gearing shields internal mechanisms from contaminants such as dust, grit, debris, weld particulate, sawdust, and moisture — resulting in smoother lifting cycles and lower maintenance.

Heavy-duty latch hooks help secure loads reliably, and the display system features long battery life to support extended field operation without continual interruptions.

Warranty Information  
OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R) guarantees its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the length of the warranty period listed in the product's operator's manual, though this warranty does not apply to products showing signs of misuse, overloading, alteration, improper maintenance, or negligence, and excludes normal wear and tear of moving parts - defined as brake discs, wire rope, and other wear components subject to use conditions - as well as any costs related to product removal, lost time, or other incidental or consequential damages arising from a claimed defect. If a product fails during the warranty period due to defective materials or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced at OZ Lifting Products' discretion, provided the product is returned prepaid, along with proof of purchase, to an authorized warranty depot; repaired products are returned to the customer free of charge, but if no defect is found, the customer bears the return shipping cost, and the product's warranty coverage continues only for the remainder of the original warranty period. It is the operator's responsibility to ensure the product is used in accordance with all applicable local codes, regulations, and safety standards, and OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R) assumes no liability for damages or injuries resulting from improper use, nor will it be held liable for injuries to persons or property, death, or incidental, consequential, or contingent damages - whether arising from negligent or deliberate use - as it remains the owner's sole responsibility to install and operate the products properly and safely. This warranty is OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R)'s only written warranty, issued in lieu of all other warranties implied by law, including merchantability and fitness, and no other express or implied warranty or guarantee is authorized for products sold by the company. Additionally, OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R) reserves the right to alter the design of or discontinue production of any product without prior notice.
