The OZDH600-10LH Dyno-Hoist® is built for heavy lifting tasks where precision measurement and mechanical durability are non-negotiable. With a 6 Ton (12,000 lb) capacity and a 10 ft lift height, this lever hoist offers the strength needed for oversized loads and the digital load visibility needed to operate with confidence. Unlike traditional manual lever hoists, the Dyno-Hoist® incorporates a built-in digital dynamometer display that reads in both kg and lb. This display also actively monitors overload conditions—triggering alerts if the load exceeds 126% of the hoist’s rated capacity. This integrated measurement capability helps reduce risk, supports safer decision making, and is a valuable benefit for facilities with strict safety standards or job sites with compliance expectations.

The OZDH600-10LH is engineered for durability and longevity under demanding conditions. The hoist features a fully steel body, protecting its mechanical structure from impact and wear. The handle is steel with a rubber grip, improving leverage control and making cycling smoother and less fatiguing for the operator. The zinc-plated load chain is built for corrosion resistance, strength, and smooth engagement with the gearing. Additionally, fully enclosed gearing prevents contamination from dirt, debris, moisture, and worksite particles—helping maintain performance with less service interruption.

This model also includes long-life battery operation for the dynamometer, helping ensure continuous use in the field. Heavy-duty safety hook latches are installed to secure loads during lift, lower, and lateral handling.

Warranty Information  
OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R) guarantees its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the length of the warranty period listed in the product's operator's manual, though this warranty does not apply to products showing signs of misuse, overloading, alteration, improper maintenance, or negligence, and excludes normal wear and tear of moving parts - defined as brake discs, wire rope, and other wear components subject to use conditions - as well as any costs related to product removal, lost time, or other incidental or consequential damages arising from a claimed defect. If a product fails during the warranty period due to defective materials or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced at OZ Lifting Products' discretion, provided the product is returned prepaid, along with proof of purchase, to an authorized warranty depot; repaired products are returned to the customer free of charge, but if no defect is found, the customer bears the return shipping cost, and the product's warranty coverage continues only for the remainder of the original warranty period. It is the operator's responsibility to ensure the product is used in accordance with all applicable local codes, regulations, and safety standards, and OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R) assumes no liability for damages or injuries resulting from improper use, nor will it be held liable for injuries to persons or property, death, or incidental, consequential, or contingent damages - whether arising from negligent or deliberate use - as it remains the owner's sole responsibility to install and operate the products properly and safely. This warranty is OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R)'s only written warranty, issued in lieu of all other warranties implied by law, including merchantability and fitness, and no other express or implied warranty or guarantee is authorized for products sold by the company. Additionally, OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R) reserves the right to alter the design of or discontinue production of any product without prior notice.
