Web Guide “ SKU: 615 The Low-Profile Component That Keeps Your Web Strap Aligned, Protected, and Working Correctly In a web strap ratchet winch hoist, proper strap alignment isn't optional ” it's fundamental to consistent performance, strap longevity, and safe operation under load. The Web Guide (SKU: 615) is the genuine OEM replacement web guide that ensures the web strap enters and exits the hoist main frame through the correct path on every single stroke. This web guide is compatible with Lug-All hoist models 25-A, 25-B, 2-A, 2-B, 500-A-FH, 1000-A, and 1500-A, with a net weight of just 0.078 lbs. It covers the full small frame and Lightweight web strap hoist families from ¼-ton through 1½-ton capacity: Lug-All

25-A / 25-B ” 1½-ton hoists: 1,500 lbs single line / 3,000 lbs double line, 8 ft strap. The EHP Group 2-A / 2-B ” 1-ton hoists: 1,000 lbs single line / 2,000 lbs double line, 10 ft strap. Lug-All 500-A-FH ” ¼-ton Lightweight hoist: 500 lbs single line, 17 ft strap. Certex 1000-A / 1500-A ” ½-ton and ¾-ton Lightweight hoists, respectively.

The web guide is a precision-molded component mounted in the main frame that controls the entry angle and lateral positioning of the web strap as it travels between the pulley block and the drum. During web strap replacement, the tag-free end of the new strap is inserted through the web guide with the Lug-All lettering facing up ” ensuring the strap seats correctly in the frame before the drum is reassembled. This guided entry point prevents the strap from contacting or chafing against the cast aluminum frame walls, maintains consistent tracking during winding, and keeps the strap from twisting or bunching under load. Lug-All The web guide is a recognized design feature of Lug-All web strap ratchet lever hoists ” listed alongside the breakable stress link and wind-up wheel as a core functional component of the web strap system. A cracked, worn, or missing web guide allows the strap to wander laterally in the frame, leading to uneven winding on the drum, accelerated strap edge wear, and reduced load control ” all of which shorten strap service life and compromise the reliability of your hoist. Lug-All Using authentic Lug-All replacement parts means sustaining the original design integrity of your unit ” the cast-aluminum structure, robust pawl assemblies, and reliable hardware that make Lug-All hoists a trusted choice in demanding industrial, construction, and utility settings.
