Web End Assembly for Lug-All 25-A Hoist “ SKU 831

Restore dependable performance to your Lug-All® manual hoist with the SKU 831 Web End Assembly, engineered specifically for compatibility with the Lug-All 25-A model. Designed for demanding lifting, pulling, positioning, and tensioning applications, this replacement assembly helps maintain safe and efficient hoist operation in industrial, commercial, agricultural, and construction environments.

The web end assembly is a vital component within the hoist system, supporting proper alignment and operational stability during load handling tasks. Over time, heavy-duty use and exposure to harsh jobsite conditions can cause wear on key hoist components, affecting equipment performance and reliability. Replacing worn assemblies with properly engineered replacement parts helps extend the service life of your hoist while maintaining smoother and safer operation.

Whether your Lug-All 25-A hoist is used for construction projects, utility work, plant maintenance, rigging operations, farming applications, or material handling tasks, this replacement component provides the rugged durability professionals require for daily operation.

For proper installation, Lug-All roll pin part number 143 and Lug-All web end shaft part number 618 are required and sold separately. Using the correct hardware during installation helps ensure secure assembly and reliable hoist performance under load.

Designed as a direct-fit replacement for the Lug-All 25-A hoist, this web end assembly allows maintenance personnel and operators to quickly restore equipment functionality while minimizing downtime. Routine replacement of worn hoist components is an important part of preventative maintenance and helps maintain productivity while supporting safer lifting practices.
