Fork extensions are the perfect accessory for new or existing forks. The high strength material provides extra support needed to lift large heavy objects with a fork lift. These models are almost 40% lighter than standard fork extensions. A powder coat finish is included to diminish scraps and minimize abrasion during use. To be used with class 2 and class 3 forks only. There are two handles included on each fork extension. The larger of the two is welded to the outside of the extension and it designed to go around the heel of the fork. While the smaller of the two handles is welded to the inside of each extension and is located at the front of the unit (opposite end). This handle is designed to assist the user while installing or removing the extension With a rated capacity of 4,000 Lb. Capacity, this unit is sized for real-world industrial demands. The Yellow finish not only enhances visibility in busy work areas but also provides lasting protection against wear and corrosion.
