Handle-It® Model 1100 Semi-Auto Stretch Wrap Machine“ SKU: SWM-SA-1100

Maximize pallet wrapping efficiency, reduce stretch film consumption, and improve load security with the Handle-It® Model 1100 Semi-Auto Stretch Wrap Machine. Built for medium- to high-volume packaging operations, the Model 1100 combines rugged industrial durability with advanced wrapping technology to help warehouses, manufacturing plants, and distribution centers streamline their shipping processes while lowering operational costs.

Capable of wrapping up to 35 pallets per hour, the SWM-SA-1100 is designed for facilities that require dependable performance day after day. Its standout feature is the 250% powered film pre-stretch carriage, which significantly reduces film usage while maintaining exceptional load containment. By maximizing the stretch capability of the film before application, businesses can lower material expenses and improve packaging consistency across every pallet load.

The Model 1100 also offers 18 fully customizable wrap programs, allowing operators to tailor wrap cycles to different pallet sizes, product types, and shipping requirements. Variable film tension throughout the wrap cycle provides added control over load stability, ensuring products remain secure during transport and storage. Whether wrapping lightweight cartons or heavy industrial products, the machine delivers consistent, professional results with minimal operator effort.

Constructed with a heavy-duty steel frame and industrial-grade components, the SWM-SA-1100 is engineered to withstand demanding daily use in busy packaging environments. The intuitive control panel makes operation simple and efficient while offering advanced options for customized applications. This user-friendly interface helps reduce training time and improves workplace productivity.

The Handle-It® Model 1100 is an ideal solution for businesses seeking a reliable semi-automatic stretch wrapper that combines performance, durability, and cost-saving technology in one powerful system.
