The Safety Rail Co. 16' Cantilever Gate, Double, Yellow is a vertical-lift loading dock gate for a 16 ft clear opening. The aluminum gate arms lift vertically and auto-lock in the upright position, so the gate needs no extra floor clearance and does not obstruct floor traffic when open, and pneumatic-assist struts help with opening and closing. The dual-arm model is designed for wider openings and lower height restrictions. Closed, it provides a 42 in top rail and 21 in mid rail; open, it requires 140 in of height. The steel plate stanchion mounts to concrete or bar grating on a flat, level surface with the concrete anchors provided. It provides pedestrian and forklift access control for material handling areas and shipping and receiving docks.
