If your facility works with vehicles, railcars, or structures that require overhead access, FAFS-1-12-23-520-20 keeps your workers protected every time they climb up top. This configuration is built as a 1-user (non-passable), single track arrangement with a 23 foot track length and support columns spaced 20 feet apart, giving your crew a 12 foot arm reach to work with. Each frame pairs a freestanding column with a header to form the L shape the system is named for, and the whole assembly sits on a concrete foundation for long term stability.

Inside the track, an internally tapered profile self centers the trolley and end trucks so movement stays smooth, quiet, and comfortable for the person wearing the harness. The enclosed design also keeps dirt and dust from building up and interfering with trolley travel over time. Every unit ships with an Anchor Trolley connector included and meets or exceeds current OSHA and ANSI fall protection standards. Installation goes quickly thanks to bolt together field assembly, so your crew is not waiting on welding crews before the system goes into service.

This system is rated for a maximum person weight, including tools, of 310 pounds when used with a 1350 MAAF energy absorbing self retracting lanyard. Custom systems are available for heavier workers up to 420 pounds, so contact your Rigid Lifelines sales team if your crew needs a higher rated configuration. With custom cantilevers and support structures available, you can configure this system to match the exact footprint of your facility.
