Presto Lifts warrants all of its products (excluding PowerStak) against defects in the welded structural frame and, if applicable, scissor legs from faulty material and workmanship for five years from the date of invoice; a lifetime limited warranty covers the Airstroke Actuator(TM) in all pneumatic lifts against defects in material or workmanship, while all other components carry a two-year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship and a 30-day limited warranty on labor, with prior authorization from Presto Lifts required on all warranty work, and there are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond this limited warranty. Presto Lifts will repair or replace a defective component without charge within the warranty period upon proof of purchase; the buyer is responsible for shipping charges to send the defective component in (accompanied by an RGA number), while Presto Lifts covers return shipping, and labor expense for removal or reinstallation is not covered after thirty days. This warranty excludes damage from foreign matter or water, failure to perform reasonable maintenance, use of the product while a charger is plugged into an AC outlet (if applicable), failure to follow operating instructions, negligence, accident, unreasonable use, abuse, misuse, exceeding data plate capacities, or unauthorized alteration, and Presto Lifts disclaims liability for consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages or financial loss arising from any breach of warranty or product operation or failure. Presto Lifts makes no representation of compliance with local, state, or federal safety or product standard codes, and any such noncompliance is not considered a defect of materials or workmanship, with Presto Lifts bearing no liability for resulting damages; it is the dealer's responsibility to exercise this limited warranty, which applies only to the original end-user purchaser, is nontransferable, and constitutes the complete and final warranty agreement for these products. Under the separate PowerStak Warranty Policy, Presto Lifts warrants the PowerStak's welded structural frame and AC motors (on lifts with an AC power unit) against defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of invoice, along with the mast, fork carriage, chains, pumps, DC motors, controllers, cylinders, and wiring harnesses for the same one-year period, while wear items such as batteries, wheels, motor brushes, seals, bearings, hydraulic hoses, switches, battery chargers, and forks carry a 90-day limited warranty on materials and workmanship and a 30-day limited warranty on labor, with prior authorization from Presto Lifts required for all warranty work.
