IRP-48-HD Space Saving Rack Protector

The IRP-48-HD Space Saving Rack Protector is a heavy-duty warehouse rack protection solution designed to safeguard pallet rack uprights while maximizing valuable aisle and storage space. Ideal for warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities with narrow driving lanes, this industrial rack protector helps prevent costly forklift damage while improving safety and maintaining efficient material handling operations.

Engineered with a specialized space-saving notched design, the IRP-48-HD nests tightly around pallet rack legs to minimize floor space usage and reduce aisle obstruction. Unlike traditional bulky rack guards, this compact design allows forklifts and order pickers to maneuver more easily through tight warehouse aisles while still delivering reliable rack impact protection. The streamlined profile also helps preserve valuable storage capacity by minimizing interference with nearby pallet positions.

Constructed from heavy-duty 3/8" thick structural steel, the IRP-48-HD is built to withstand repeated impacts from forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment used in demanding industrial environments. By absorbing accidental impacts before they reach critical rack columns, this rack protector helps reduce rack damage, prevent structural instability, and minimize expensive repair costs and inventory loss. Its rugged steel construction delivers dependable long-term performance in high-traffic warehouse operations.

The low-profile 12-inch guard height is specifically designed to protect rack uprights without blocking access to the first pallet bay. This allows operators to maintain full use of pallet storage positions while improving warehouse safety and operational efficiency. The compact footprint makes the IRP-48-HD an ideal choice for facilities focused on optimizing storage density and forklift accessibility without compromising rack protection.

Perfect for end-of-aisle rack protection, forklift traffic zones, and high-density storage systems, the IRP-48-HD Space Saving Rack Protector provides industrial-grade durability, enhanced warehouse safety, and efficient space utilization for modern warehouse environments.
