For operations centered on mixed indoor and outdoor use where quick refueling keeps a shift running without downtime, the GLP Propane Forklifts (GLP40) offers a propane forklift that combines strong capacity with straightforward controls. Every GLP Propane Forklifts (GLP40) is manufactured with attention to build quality, from robotic welding to a durable protective finish. Rated for a 4,000 lbs capacity, it is designed for mixed indoor and outdoor use where quick refueling keeps a shift running without downtime, giving your team equipment that can be trusted to perform under pressure.

You get reliable LPG engine, which means powered by kubota or PSI 2.4L engines, tier 4 EPA compliant for strong performance and lower emissions, and you also benefit from ergonomic operation space, delivering enlarged cabin with semi-suspension seat and small steering wheel for enhanced driving comfort. You get advanced hydraulic system, which means smooth control, energy-efficient, and reduced fuel consumption, and you get shock and vibration reduction, which means suspension cab, cushion connection, and damping devices for safer, quieter operation. The small turning radius gives your team excellent maneuverability in narrow aisles and tight working areas, and cascade side shift is built in, providing precise pallet positioning and easier load handling. The shimadzu 4-Way valve (pre-plumbed) gives your team smooth multi-function operation and attachment compatibility, and you also benefit from durable construction, delivering high-quality steel and robust components for long-lasting reliability.

Our team at ProTek Crane Solutions can walk you through capacity, dimensions, and power options to confirm the GLP Propane Forklifts (GLP40) matches the way your team works, and we can help you compare it against other propane forklift models in the GNT lineup if you need a different capacity or lift height. The GLP Propane Forklifts (GLP40) carries GNT's 3 year limited warranty where noted, giving you added confidence in its long-term value.

GNT Material Handling Equipment, Inc. provides two separate limited warranties covering different equipment categories, both warranting products free from defects in workmanship and materials for the original purchaser, with final determination of compliance reserved by GNT. Under the GNT Advantage Warranty (electric equipment), coverage varies by class and part: wearable items such as tires, bulbs, and rubber parts carry a 30-day warranty across all classes; Class I and II motorized/rider equipment require labor fees within six months to be pre-approved on specified models or they go uncovered; a one-year warranty covers parts such as forks, platforms, handles, transmission components, weldments, motors, controllers, and chargers across Classes I, II, and III (with specific model lists for manual, semi-electric, and full-electric equipment); frame, forks, and mast carry a three-year warranty across all classes; batteries are covered for one year (lithium and flooded/lead-acid, with exclusions for improper use, degradation, or normal wear) on most models, with select lithium-battery models extended to five years; and scissor lifts follow the same 30-day wearable-parts and one-year full-electric-component structure. Under the GNT LPG/Diesel Warranty, coverage begins at dealer purchase and is non-transferable, with frame, forks, and mast fully covered for three years or 6,000 hours, the engine for two years or 4,000 hours, and general unit parts for one year or 2,000 hours (whichever comes first in each case); batteries and wearable items like tires, bulbs, and lights carry a 30-day warranty excluding normal wear or abuse; labor fees must be pre-approved and can be requested within six months or 1,000 operating hours, with GNT covering up to 60% of labor cost and 1.5 hours of allowed travel time, while transportation costs are otherwise excluded; parts requiring inspection must be returned within 30 days or the dealer will be charged; and claims are settled via credit invoice rather than a check. Across both warranties, claims must be submitted with a completed claim form, a photo of the data plate, defect-demonstrating pictures/video, and a detailed failure explanation to Support@GNTlifts.com, with incomplete submissions resulting in denial and processing not beginning until documentation is complete; dealers bear all inbound/outbound shipping costs, cannot amend a parts purchase order to reflect warranty status after the fact, must obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning equipment, must leave items like electrical controls and drive wheel assemblies unopened without prior approval, and must notify GNT within 30 days of receiving incorrect or defective parts; end-users must go through their authorized dealer first, escalating to GNT directly if dissatisfied, and retain state-specific legal rights beyond this warranty. Both warranties exclude coverage for normal wear and tear, abuse (neglect, misuse, overloading, unauthorized alterations), lack of maintenance, freight damage (which must be documented on the Proof of Delivery and reported to the freight company, not claimed as warranty), customer preference adjustments like software updates, and units with a defaced or missing serial number; both state that this limited warranty is GNT's exclusive warranty, disclaim all other express or implied warranties including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, exclude liability for special, exemplary, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages regardless of claim origin, and limit GNT's sole liability to repairing or replacing defective parts under normal and proper use within the warranty period upon a properly submitted and approved claim.
