The Duct-O-Wire RC-3M2 gives you 3 motion, 2 speed wireless control in a compact, 8 pushbutton transmitter that fits comfortably in one hand, making it a smart upgrade from a tethered pendant on any crane or hoist where cable drag or limited reach is a problem. Operators get full control over bridge, trolley, and hoist functions without being physically tied to the equipment.

This system is built for durability, with a shock resistant case, a 3 stage battery indicator, and an audible alarm to alert operators of low battery or other conditions. It runs on two AA batteries and includes a 4 digit power on password, which helps keep the transmitter from being activated by unauthorized personnel. The IP65 rated, crystal based receiver enclosure keeps the system reliable even in dusty or damp shop environments.

With a 300 foot operating range, the RC-3M2 easily covers most yard and bay layouts without dropping signal, giving operators the freedom to move around the work area while maintaining full control. Warranty Information  
The Duct-O-Wire Company (the Company) warrants items it sells against defects in material and/or workmanship for one year from the date of shipment, with its sole liability being to repair at its factory or replace any material returned within that year, excluding defects resulting from improper installation or use; statements, descriptions, or specifications in the Company's literature are solely for identifying items and impart no warranty of any kind, and the Company shall not be liable for economic loss, property damage, or physical injury sustained by the purchaser or any third party, with no other express or implied warranties of merchantability, performance, or fitness for intended use, and this warranty applying only to material manufactured by the Company that comprises a complete system. Based on the customer's clearly written purchase order, the Company will process and ship orders per the customer's instructions and is not responsible for the customer's mistakes or omissions in ordering; list prices and discounts are subject to change without notice, and quoted prices are honored for 30 days from the date of the written quotation unless otherwise stated. Orders may not be altered or cancelled without the Company's prior written approval, and the customer may be responsible for cancellation charges; material may not be returned for credit without the Company's prior written consent, returned material is subject to a 20% minimum restocking charge and must be in resalable condition, all returns must be shipped prepaid, and custom parts are non-refundable. Any claims for material shortages or damages must be received by the Company in writing within 10 days of shipment and accompanied by copies of the bill of lading and packing slip, and payment terms are Net 30 Days, with a service charge of 1-1/2% of the net balance applied to any amount extending beyond 30 days past due.
