The XA-539686-J is a 4.5-meter section of Conductix-Wampfler’s Safe-Lec 2 modular conductor bar system. It features 400A copper bus conductors with an integrated heating element to maintain conductor temperature in cold or humid conditions, preventing freezing and condensation. The conductor bar is protected by a medium heat-resistant PVC housing that offers enhanced thermal and mechanical durability. It includes a factory-installed bolted splice joint for fast and secure assembly. The peaked housing design provides IP2X finger-safe protection and sheds debris and moisture, making it ideal for overhead cranes, conveyors, and material handling systems. Rated for voltages up to 600V and speeds up to 1200 ft/min.
