With a 500 lb lifting capacity, this model is perfectly sized for motors, pumps, gearboxes, valves, equipment removal, confined space operations, light material handling, and utility service applications. Its design includes adjustable boom heights for flexible reach and lift angles, 360-degree rotation for precise load control, and a manual carbon steel brake winch built for smooth, controlled lifting. The included drill drive adapter adds additional convenience—allowing operators to use a drill for faster lifting when repetitive lifts or frequent duty cycles are required.

The Alumi-Lite® series is designed to reduce jobsite downtime. Its no-tool assembly makes deployment fast and efficient, and the lightweight components make transport easy between locations or stored vehicle compartments. This eliminates unnecessary labor and enables one person to safely manage setup in a wide range of environments.

NOTE: Bases, headache ball, and wire or synthetic rope assemblies are sold separately—this allows the crane to be configured to your exact application, mounting location, and work conditions.

Warranty Information  
OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R) guarantees its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the length of the warranty period listed in the product's operator's manual, though this warranty does not apply to products showing signs of misuse, overloading, alteration, improper maintenance, or negligence, and excludes normal wear and tear of moving parts - defined as brake discs, wire rope, and other wear components subject to use conditions - as well as any costs related to product removal, lost time, or other incidental or consequential damages arising from a claimed defect. If a product fails during the warranty period due to defective materials or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced at OZ Lifting Products' discretion, provided the product is returned prepaid, along with proof of purchase, to an authorized warranty depot; repaired products are returned to the customer free of charge, but if no defect is found, the customer bears the return shipping cost, and the product's warranty coverage continues only for the remainder of the original warranty period. It is the operator's responsibility to ensure the product is used in accordance with all applicable local codes, regulations, and safety standards, and OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R) assumes no liability for damages or injuries resulting from improper use, nor will it be held liable for injuries to persons or property, death, or incidental, consequential, or contingent damages - whether arising from negligent or deliberate use - as it remains the owner's sole responsibility to install and operate the products properly and safely. This warranty is OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R)'s only written warranty, issued in lieu of all other warranties implied by law, including merchantability and fitness, and no other express or implied warranty or guarantee is authorized for products sold by the company. Additionally, OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R) reserves the right to alter the design of or discontinue production of any product without prior notice.
