Description  

The OZCF1200DAV-DCW CompOZite® Elite® Davit Crane provides powerful lifting performance in a portable, lightweight design engineered specifically for mobile applications. Built from an advanced combination of carbon fiber and aluminum, this patented structure delivers a full 1200 lb lifting capacity while remaining significantly lighter than steel cranes—making it easier to transport, deploy, relocate, and operate in the field.

This DCW configuration includes a 12V DC electric winch, making it the ideal solution for remote sites, job trailers, service vehicles, utility trucks, mobile applications, off-grid facilities, and locations where AC power is not readily available. Operators can connect directly to 12V power sources—allowing smooth, consistent lifting cycles without manual winching effort. This makes it especially beneficial in repetitive lift environments, pump and motor extraction, municipal water service, mining, and remote industrial maintenance.

With full 360° rotation, the crane allows users to position loads precisely and safely from any angle—even in tight access areas—helping reduce strain, improve ergonomics, and increase productivity on site. The tool-free assembly design enables fast setup and breakdown, meaning operators can move the crane between bases or between service points with minimal downtime.

The CompOZite® Elite® design also delivers outstanding corrosion resistance, making this model suitable for outdoor service, coastal sites, marine environments, wastewater treatment plants, and chemical industrial locations.

NOTE: Mounting bases, wire rope assemblies, synthetic rope, and headache balls are sold separately to allow customization for the exact lifting application.

Warranty Information  
OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R) guarantees its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the length of the warranty period listed in the product's operator's manual, though this warranty does not apply to products showing signs of misuse, overloading, alteration, improper maintenance, or negligence, and excludes normal wear and tear of moving parts - defined as brake discs, wire rope, and other wear components subject to use conditions - as well as any costs related to product removal, lost time, or other incidental or consequential damages arising from a claimed defect. If a product fails during the warranty period due to defective materials or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced at OZ Lifting Products' discretion, provided the product is returned prepaid, along with proof of purchase, to an authorized warranty depot; repaired products are returned to the customer free of charge, but if no defect is found, the customer bears the return shipping cost, and the product's warranty coverage continues only for the remainder of the original warranty period. It is the operator's responsibility to ensure the product is used in accordance with all applicable local codes, regulations, and safety standards, and OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R) assumes no liability for damages or injuries resulting from improper use, nor will it be held liable for injuries to persons or property, death, or incidental, consequential, or contingent damages - whether arising from negligent or deliberate use - as it remains the owner's sole responsibility to install and operate the products properly and safely. This warranty is OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R)'s only written warranty, issued in lieu of all other warranties implied by law, including merchantability and fitness, and no other express or implied warranty or guarantee is authorized for products sold by the company. Additionally, OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R) reserves the right to alter the design of or discontinue production of any product without prior notice.
