The OZXR1000DAV-HND2 XR Series Davit Crane is engineered for customers who demand maximum manual winch power, durability, and dependable lifting control. This model delivers 1000 lb rated lifting capacity and is equipped with a 2500 lb carbon steel manual brake winch featuring a drill drive adapter—giving operators the option of manual cranking or power-assisted lifting when used with a compatible drill. This hybrid capability makes the HND2 configuration the perfect choice for remote applications, high-demand industrial lifting, utility work, maintenance crews, fabrication yards, wastewater plant retrieval, marine lifting duties, and more.

Unlike traditional shop cranes, the XR Series is built for extended reach performance—providing an impressive 62-inch reach while maintaining full lifting capacity at every boom angle. Operators can lift straight up, lift over structural barriers, reach into tanks or vaults, or retrieve components vertically from below-grade positions without sacrificing load rating. Combined with 360-degree rotation and adjustable boom height settings, this crane provides precise load handling control and maximum positioning flexibility in tight, challenging, or awkward lifting situations.

This XR Series configuration is built for long service life using heavy-duty steel construction. The manual brake winch system provides safe, controlled lifting motion, with the braking mechanism helping prevent load rollback. Because there is no reliance on AC or DC power, this version is ideal for off-grid environments, emergency response situations, remote field use, and locations where power supply options vary day to day.

Take note—bases are sold separately so you can choose the correct mounting system for your facility, truck, platform, dock, or mezzanine.

OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R) guarantees its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the length of the warranty period listed in the product's operator's manual, though this warranty does not apply to products showing signs of misuse, overloading, alteration, improper maintenance, or negligence, and excludes normal wear and tear of moving parts - defined as brake discs, wire rope, and other wear components subject to use conditions - as well as any costs related to product removal, lost time, or other incidental or consequential damages arising from a claimed defect. If a product fails during the warranty period due to defective materials or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced at OZ Lifting Products' discretion, provided the product is returned prepaid, along with proof of purchase, to an authorized warranty depot; repaired products are returned to the customer free of charge, but if no defect is found, the customer bears the return shipping cost, and the product's warranty coverage continues only for the remainder of the original warranty period. It is the operator's responsibility to ensure the product is used in accordance with all applicable local codes, regulations, and safety standards, and OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R) assumes no liability for damages or injuries resulting from improper use, nor will it be held liable for injuries to persons or property, death, or incidental, consequential, or contingent damages - whether arising from negligent or deliberate use - as it remains the owner's sole responsibility to install and operate the products properly and safely. This warranty is OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R)'s only written warranty, issued in lieu of all other warranties implied by law, including merchantability and fitness, and no other express or implied warranty or guarantee is authorized for products sold by the company. Additionally, OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R) reserves the right to alter the design of or discontinue production of any product without prior notice.
