Description  

The OZDH150-5LH Dyno-Hoist® delivers added lifting strength, smart load monitoring, and reliable everyday performance for customers who want more control and safety in material handling. With a 1.5 Ton (3,300 lb) capacity and a compact 5 ft lift height, this model is ideal for technicians, light industrial shops, equipment installers, mechanical contractors, maintenance crews, and field rigging where short-lift precision is required. What sets this hoist apart is the integrated dynamometer—a built-in load measurement system that displays working load in kg or lbs while the lift is in progress. This eliminates guesswork and eliminates the need for external scales. In addition, if the load exceeds 126% of the rated capacity, the hoist automatically alerts the operator, providing another layer of protection against overloads and possible equipment damage.

This hoist is built to last. The enclosure is 100% all-steel, including a steel actuator handle with a comfortable rubber-insulated grip for firm, non-slip leverage under tension. The load chain is zinc-plated Grade mechanical chain engineered for strength and corrosion resistance. Fully enclosed internal gearing protects the hoist’s drive system from moisture, dust, and contamination, helping maintain smooth lifting performance with less wear. Heavy-duty safety latches on both top and bottom forged hooks ensure positive securement during tensioning, pulling, and latching operations.

Designed for non-trade applications, the Dyno-Hoist® offers reliable long battery life to support the dynamometer display—reducing charging frequency and maximizing uptime on job sites. The ergonomic, compact format also helps reduce user fatigue and makes the hoist easier to transport between work locations, vehicles, and toolboxes.

Warranty Information  
OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R) guarantees its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the length of the warranty period listed in the product's operator's manual, though this warranty does not apply to products showing signs of misuse, overloading, alteration, improper maintenance, or negligence, and excludes normal wear and tear of moving parts - defined as brake discs, wire rope, and other wear components subject to use conditions - as well as any costs related to product removal, lost time, or other incidental or consequential damages arising from a claimed defect. If a product fails during the warranty period due to defective materials or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced at OZ Lifting Products' discretion, provided the product is returned prepaid, along with proof of purchase, to an authorized warranty depot; repaired products are returned to the customer free of charge, but if no defect is found, the customer bears the return shipping cost, and the product's warranty coverage continues only for the remainder of the original warranty period. It is the operator's responsibility to ensure the product is used in accordance with all applicable local codes, regulations, and safety standards, and OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R) assumes no liability for damages or injuries resulting from improper use, nor will it be held liable for injuries to persons or property, death, or incidental, consequential, or contingent damages - whether arising from negligent or deliberate use - as it remains the owner's sole responsibility to install and operate the products properly and safely. This warranty is OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R)'s only written warranty, issued in lieu of all other warranties implied by law, including merchantability and fitness, and no other express or implied warranty or guarantee is authorized for products sold by the company. Additionally, OZ Lifting Products, LLC(R) reserves the right to alter the design of or discontinue production of any product without prior notice.
