The Malta Dynamics C4102D Wild Boar Dual 6 Personal Self-Retracting Lifeline (SRL) is a compact, lightweight fall protection solution designed for workers who require continuous tie-off and maximum mobility in demanding elevated work environments. Engineered for active jobsites, confined spaces, steel erection, roofing, scaffolding, maintenance, and industrial applications, this dual-leg Class 1 SRL system provides reliable protection while allowing workers to move safely between anchor points without disconnecting.
Built for 100% tie-off capability, the dual SRL configuration allows one lifeline to remain connected while the second lifeline is repositioned, helping maintain continuous fall protection during transitions. This feature is especially valuable for workers climbing structures, navigating platforms, or moving between anchorage points in hazardous environments where uninterrupted safety compliance is critical.
The Wild Boar Dual SRL features durable impact-resistant thermoplastic housings that protect the internal components from debris, moisture, and harsh jobsite conditions. Each self-retracting lifeline is constructed from high-strength UHMWPE/polyester webbing, offering an excellent balance of lightweight flexibility, abrasion resistance, and long-term durability. The compact design helps reduce worker fatigue while maintaining dependable fall arrest performance throughout the workday.
As workers move, the self-retracting lifelines automatically extend and retract smoothly to reduce slack and minimize trip hazards. In the event of a fall, the internal braking system engages immediately to help arrest the fall safely and efficiently. The system is engineered with a maximum arresting distance of 42 inches, an average arresting force of 1,350 pounds, and a maximum arresting force of 1,800 pounds to help reduce strain on the worker during fall arrest events.
The C4102D is available with multiple hook configurations to accommodate different worksite requirements. Users can choose standard steel snap hooks for everyday anchorage connections or wide-gate rebar hooks designed for larger structural anchor points commonly found in construction and industrial applications.
Rated for workers between 130 and 310 pounds, including tools and equipment, the Malta Dynamics Wild Boar Dual Personal SRL complies with ANSI Z359.14-2021 and OSHA fall protection standards.
