Subject to the limitations set forth herein, ShieldMark Inc. warrants that all ShieldMark products sold to the purchaser will be free of defects in workmanship and materials, with the purchaser agreeing that ShieldMark's liability on any claim - whether in tort, contract, warranty, or otherwise - shall in no event exceed the purchase price, and that ShieldMark shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind. Specifically, ShieldMark warrants that Mighty Line and Mighty Glow floor tapes will remain adhered to the floor for a period of 3 years, provided the tape is properly applied to a clean, warm (above 50 degrees Fahrenheit), dry, smooth, and properly sealed floor surface, as sealed concrete helps prevent moisture damage; this warranty is nullified if skids are dragged or pushed over the tape or if heavy acid cleaners or harsh chemicals are used on it. If the tape fails to remain adhered for the full 3-year period despite these application conditions being met and the failure was not caused by dragging or pulling of skids across the tape, ShieldMark will replace the non-conforming tape free of charge; customers are encouraged to consult the Installation Guide at https://mightylinetape.com/a/blog/mighty-line-floor-marking-tape for proper installation of Mighty Line floor marking tape and signs to help maximize product longevity.
